      Port to apache 2.0
      If you are using Apache 2.0, then this module won't work. You have to get the bw_mod instead. It is taken from mod_bandwidth and adapted for Apache 2.0. Here is the link to obtain it:

      Else, there is also the mod_throttle project which should be available for Apache 2.0 in a quite near future.
