Version 1.0.8 of mod_backhand

Release Notes: New backhand-devel and backhand-users mailing lists, fixes for the byCost function, addition of run time configurable bias (prefer youself) when using byLoad, FreeBSD fixes (resource collection is still not perfect), a new candidacy function addPrediction which can be used to avoid resource contention, new statistics are collected concerning the number of backhanded requests and the average turn-around time on those requests, and everything shown at ApacheCon2000 is now in the distribution.

        Release Notes: The major changes include autoconf style configure scripts, a fix for a segfault that occurred when proxying POSTs, the addition of a global directive to force actual redirection to the local Apache instance, proper functioning when you change HARD_SERVER_LIMIT in Apache, adjustable logging, and the addition of the infrastructure to use HTTP redirection as an alternative to proxying when redirecting to another server.
