          Release Notes: This is a stable release for Apache 2, and adds a debug feature as a compile time option, adds Auth_PG_grp_user_field, renames Auth_PG_gid_field to Auth_PG_grp_group_field, adds BASE64 support, now reuses the database connection, and features an approximate 2x speedup.

                Release Notes: This release is ported to Apache 2.0. A debug feature has been added as a compile time option (do not use it on production systems). Auth_PG_grp_user_field has been added, and Auth_PG_gid_field has been renamed to Auth_PG_grp_group_field. BASE64 support has been added.

                    Release Notes: String buffers were fixed. An Auth_PG_lowercase_uid option, an Auth_PG_uppercase_uid option, --with-pgsql-lib=dir and --with-pgsql-include=dir configuration options, and help for Debian users was added.
