Release Notes: This release fixes several important bugs, including the inability to run Wavelet RL calculator, W-element bugs in Rs and R0, and the inability to export W-element more than once. Ground plane thicknesses were not displayed correctly, and cross sections with rectangle dielectric elements could not generate HSPICE W-elements. Both of these problems have been fixed.

Release Notes: Quasi-static boundary element method and full-wave wavelet-based simulators were included.
