    Release Notes: This release adds an ifmodsendonlymodmoderate tunable and README.postfix file. It adds support for digest and nomail to +list. It fixes a bug in mlmmj-maintd that caused loss of archive files in some requeue cases. It adds contrib/web/php-moderation. It replaces the class.FastTemplate.php with the class.rFastTemplate.php in contrib/web/php-admin.

        Release Notes: This release adds Unicode support to listtexts, an --enable-receive-strip configure option, and support for the 'discard' keyword in access rules. It fixes building outside the source directory and missing exit()s. Message-ID headers have been changed to include the FQDN. English listtexts have been moved.

            Release Notes: A mail size limit feature was added. A MIME processor was added. Access rule logging was changed to use the operations log. The boundary in digest email messages was fixed. Address parsing for cases with quotes and multiple addresses was fixed. Empty lines in the control files are now ignored. A small memory leak was fixed. Danish list texts were updated.
