The ML text editor program is designed for editing TCL/Tk source files (or any text file). It displays a list of procedures in the file and provides the ability to go to them with the click of a button.

Release Notes: A new context-sensitive help function with F1 key for Tcl/Tk terms in French or English, and fixes for some i18n problems.
Release Notes: .ml.config file now starts in the home directory by default. More msgcat lines, and a bash script to start ml from the commandline were added. Addition of HTML hypertext literate comments was begun. Width 50 was added to the window configuration so that ml will work on screens with resolution lower than 800x600.
