    Release Notes: New features include support for VC1 video reading from elementary streams and MPEG program streams, Dirac video elementary streams, support for 7.1 channel EAC3 tracks, and the extraction of Theora video tracks into Ogg files. Bugs that were fixed include the handling of unknown tracks in Ogg files, the automatic garbage detection for AC3/MP3 tracks, the handling of DTS in MPEG program streams, (E)AC3 files bigger than 2 GB, and many more.

      Release Notes: Newly supported features include DTS-HD tracks (both "high definition" and "master audio"), Ogg Kate text subtitles, skipping of ID3 tags in AAC and AC3 files, Vorbis-in-AVI, delaying any track type, and floating point WAV files. Several bugs were fixed including time code handling for various track types and use cases, A/V desynchronization in VOBs, incorrect VobSub packets, and more.

        Release Notes: Big improvements to the timecode application code prevent a lot of crashes and abort()s. The OGM reader is working again for all supported video tracks. AC3 tracks in WAV and QuickTime/MP4 containers are supported. AAC-in-AVI with the FourCC 0x706d is supported. The MPEG PS reader resyncs better after broken streams. The SRT reader is more tolerant regarding its input.

          Release Notes: Tons of bugfixes and a couple of new features were added. The AVC/h.264 support has been improved greatly.

            Release Notes: This release fixes a couple of issues with the AVC/h.264 support, changes the defaults so that the annoying "NALU size length" error message does not appear anymore, and features a few usability enhancements. It is now possible to create files in which no track has its "default track" flag set. Support for 14-bit coded DTS files was added.

              Release Notes: This release contains new features like support for AVC/h.264 elementary streams (both single files and from AVIs), proper support for MPEG-1/-2 videos without the ugly blockiness, and support for extracting MPEG-1/-2 video tracks. The use of "simple blocks" with subtitles has been fixed. There have been many usability enhancements to mmg and the usual list of smaller bugfixes.

                Release Notes: A couple of rare crashes in mmg and mkvmerge were fixed. A couple of problems with mmg's controls losing focus or being disabled at the wrong time were fixed as well.

                  Release Notes: Support for the "stereo mode" and libFLAC 1.1.3 was added. Several bugs were fixed in the Quicktime/MP4 and the AAC input module as well as in mmg. mmg's "input" tab was reorganized to be less crowded.

                    Release Notes: This release changes the Quicktime/MP4 code to support for 64bit MDHD atoms and to fix timecode scaling/overflow issues. Ogg/Theora reading has been fixed. A couple of usability enhancements to mmg have been implemented. The "Delay" feature of VobSubs is now supported.

                      Release Notes: Adds support for Ogg/Theora video, for broken files created with the DS Matroska muxer, for editing lists in Quicktime/MP4 files, and for the new SimpleBlock feature. The attachment handling in mkvextract has been improved. Several bugs were fixed in all of the programs (mostly crashes).
