MidiKeys

MidiKeys is a little application that displays a piano keyboard onscreen. You can click the keyboard or use the computer keyboard to play MIDI notes. The keyboard window can be made to float on top of other applications and supports transparency. Also, MidiKeys will optionally set up hotkeys for the computer keyboard so you can play notes in other applications (such as a sequencer) without having to switch back to MidiKeys. It works great on a PowerBook!

Release Notes: This release adds Full Reversed and Upper Single keymaps, a MIDI through option for the source (may be broken in this release), a button in the keyboard window's title bar which will hide or show the MIDI options (destination and source), bugfixes, and French and Japanese localizations. The keyboard window will no longer float above other windows while the Preferences panel is open. The octave offset is now shown visually through up and down arrow icons.
