The media hive is a streaming media server and Web-based content/playlist manager. It also emphasizes extensibility by making it easy to develop new media parsers, playlist actions, event handlers, skins, and more. It has an entire custom tag library devoted to skin development, making it simple for the non-developer to create radically different Web-based user interfaces. It has no installation dependencies and runs on multiple platforms.
