Release Notes: The optional (until now undocumented) API has been unveiled, which lets programmers use Metabase making direct calls to driver objects as alternative to the API that just uses global functions, satisfying the programmers that prefer a faster Object Oriented API, and want to type less characters to make driver object function calls.
