Release Notes: The new audit module permits full monitoring and reporting of all modifications carried out via the MMC Web interface, allowing administrators to know who did what, and when. The new LDAP password policy module makes it possible to apply user password rules: complexity, minimum size, age of validity, etc. It is now also possible to massively import/update users via a CSV file, to set disk, network quotas, and OpenSSH LDAP Public Keys attributes to users. German, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese translations have been updated.


Release Notes: This release features MX and NS record management for DNS zones, multi-threading support in the MMC agent for improved scalability, TLS support with a certificate check for the MMC agent, and improvement to the external LDAP provisioning system.


Release Notes: The MMC infrastructure has been updated and is now the main framework of another Mandriva product called "Pulse 2". Pulse 2 is intended to provide application and update deployment mechanisms for large to very large organizations. MDS now features account provisioning from multiple sources (including LDAP and databases). For example, an external LDAP or a GLPI account database can both be used to authenticate and create new users in the MDS. Samba shares and Samba service management have been improved.

Allowing the use of Open-XChange can be managed on a per-user basis.
