Release Notes: Support was improved for Outlook and other email clients which use a "References" rather than an "In-Reply-To" header to mark replies to emails. There were a number of Unicode/UTF-8 fixes, including the issue of emails containing invalid UTF-8 characters. Replying to a ticket no longer puts it on hold automatically, and tickets that are on hold don't have the full range of actions. Security was also too strict, preventing users from adding private notes to other tickets. In addition, there are also many other minor bugfixes.

Release Notes: This release contains an important security fix to address a recent vulnerability in PostgreSQL. This issue does not affect installations using a MySQL backend. The user interface has has a lot of improvements, particularly for users of Internet Explorer. There are several Unicode fixes. The loop detection code has been improved, so one MailManager can email another MailManager. Many more minor issues have been addressed.

Release Notes: A total of 50 bugfixes were applied in this release following testing. Bugfixes include issues with user interface, Unicode support, support for Microsoft Windows, and exporting to Microsoft Excel.

Release Notes: A security issue concerning a Postgres encoding security hole was fixed. The code in version 2.0.9 and previous releases may be vulnerable to this issue, depending on your postgres configuration. The exploit may allow an attacker to alter data in the SQL database and gain access to the Web interface as an administrator. You are strongly advised to upgrade.

Release Notes: This release fixes several issues. Message loops are now caught based on the presence of the X-MailManager header, and there is improved support for Unicode throughout. The migration code has been improved to fit with the design proposed in the development documentation. The presence of 'TID' in subject lines is now optional based on database settings, although this feature is not yet accessible through the user interface.

Release Notes: Bugfixes have been merged in from between 2.0.6 and 2.0.8. There were also various CSS fixes in particular to improve the appearance of the user interface in Internet Explorer. There were some MySQL compatibility fixes. A major improvements is the addition of a queue mode, which is aimed at contact centers that receive very high volumes of mail. User abilities have been added, so for example all French email mesages will only go to French speakers. The workflow engine has been improved to allow different workflows for each email account.

Release Notes: This release fixes a very important bug where email could potentially be lost when collecting through POP3. The error reporting has also been improved when sending a reply to an invalid email address. There is also a minor fix to changing ticket status in languages other than English. The test suite has been massively improved.

Release Notes: This release fixes a number of bugs, including UTF-8 encoding issues for HTML mail, email address validation, and an issue with using MySQL as the backend database. There has been a massive improvement in the plain text versions of messages which are generated as HTML alternatives.

Release Notes: All of the bugfixes from MailManager 2.0.1-rc1 to 2.0.5 have now been added to 2.1. There were also some minor user interface fixes, and the HTTP realm is now set to make it easier to use different MailManagers on the same server. The lastest versions of Zope (2.8.x) and Postgres (8.1) are now supported.
