Release Notes: The build-time configuration for ncurses and pdcurses libraries was improved. Tilde-expansion of filenames was improved; this is used to provide user-configurable mime-type and mailcap files outside the user's home directory (and to fix a minor security issue related to this). Other minor configure- and install-fixes were made.
