Release Notes: A user's manual for the lwatch program was written, and the lwatch.conf configuration file was implemented. The build documentation is up to date now. Please note that input_fifo is obsolete now. You should use input_file instead.

Release Notes: New and changed runtime options (warning: -o meaning differs from previous version) and changes to options for configuration file were made. lwatch tries to reopen FIFO if the writer closes it (i.e., syslog has been restared), bright colors are available, and the FreeBSD port works.
