Release Notes: This release updates syslog_in to support named pipes and adds minor bugfixes.

Release Notes: The Netcool Libraries were updated. SNMP trap generation was improved. The ability to enhance raw traps was added. Multiple bugfixes were made.

    Release Notes: This release fixes Installer bugs and an issue with the Mon module. The SNMP probe now has the ability to "enhance" raw traps before forwarding them. Additional sample configuration files have been added.

    Release Notes: This version was rewritten completely from scratch with a cleaner, more scalable architecture. New features include dynamic reconfiguration of modules, rules files, and more. A new administrative interface was added. Performance and stability were improved. Multiple input and output modules at the same time are now supported. The name was changed to LooperNG.

    Release Notes: New modules: Snort IDS input, MySQL output, LooperDB output, and Pipe reader. Multiple fixes in the core looper code.

    Release Notes: This release has updates to apache_in, syslog_in, and logfile_in. Looper now detects truncated files, reopened files, etc. Snmp_in now handles SNMPv2c traps correctly. There are installation script updates and multiple bugfixes.

    Release Notes: The SNMP input module can now compile MIBS and return resolved SNMP information. There is a new 'append' configuration token in the logfile_out module. The new Socket Writer module socket_out sends token information to remote locations over the network / internet. The Forking Socket Reader module socket_in acts as a remote server for receiving alerts over the network / internet. The Syslog Generator module syslog_out generates syslog messages. The File Reader module logfile_in can be used to monitor a file for log entries.

    Release Notes: Buffering fixes in input modules, new SNMP tokens for 'raw' trap data (useful for trap forwarding/exploding), improved logging in core looper executable, and new Perl modules for Base64 encoding.

    No changes have been submitted for this release.
