      Release Notes: The unnecessary strict buffer boundary checking has been removed. 64-bit variables are used for byte counters. The wrong printing in /proc/net/ip_vs has been fixed. Checks to make sure schedulers are modules have been added. Some declarations have been clarified, and there are ipvsadm updates.
