Release Notes: This version adds a sysctl variable to expire the quiescent template, fixes an endian problem on sync message size, adds a fix to hold the lock before updating a service, and fixes connection rehashing with a new cport.
Release Notes: This release fixes the endian problem with the sync message size.
Release Notes: This release removes the superfluous call of waitpid in the sync code, retries running kernel_thread when memory is temporarily exhausted, and tidies up the code.
Release Notes: This release is included in the official 2.6.0 kernel. It has many important changes such as handling nonlinear packets correctly, fixing timers, avoiding race conditions, and other bugfixes.
Release Notes: Changed to use the Jekins hash function in the IPVS connection hash against a possible hash attack. The slow timer implementation has been removed. old_iph is pointed to the right address after the skb headroom is reallocated in the IPVS tunneling transmitter. Missing stats locking while updating stats in the rate estimation timer has been added. The code has been tidied up.
Release Notes: Additional hash functions were included for IPVS connection entries to prevent hash attacks. The maximum value of the connection threshold was changed from 65535 to INT_MAX (2147483647), the default syncid was changed from 255 to 0, and ip_vs_sync.c was updated for Linux kernel 2.5.74. Some code was also tidied up.
Release Notes: The slow timer indexes are now initialized correctly. It is now possible to start the master and backup sync daemons simultaneously, and SyncID support was added for filtering incoming sync messages. The method for retrieving information about the daemons was changed, and the 2.5.70 Linux kernel is now supported.
Release Notes: The terrible piece of code which initialized the sltimer_jiffies with the system jiffies, which was added in version 1.0.8, was removed. The Shortest Expected Delay scheduling module and the Never Queue scheduling module were ported back from IPVS 1.1.5.
Release Notes: This release adds the Shortest Expected Delay and the Never Queue scheduling modules. It uses Linux kernel 2.5.69, and has an ipvsadm man page update.
Release Notes: ipvsadm has been updated to version 1.23 so that it can display the counter of persistent connections by "ipvsadm -Ln --persistent-conn". A counter of persistent connections per real server has been added. The overhead ratio of active/inactive connections has been changed from 50 to 256 in the least connection scheduler. The unnecessary Docdir setting in ipvsadm.spec.in has been removed.
