All releases of Linux tart

Release Notes: This release fixes a buffer overrun, corrects a number of calls to printf and friends using incorrect syntax, checks the return value from all fgets-type calls for a clean compile and to Do The Right Thing, and changes the file naming convention for a few files.

Release Notes: The man page install problem that 3.06b was supposed to address was actually fixed. Some potential buffer overflows were fixed. mkstemp() is used instead of tmpnam(). The maximum signature length may be set during the configure process.

Release Notes: A minor install issue was fixed. No changes were made to the code. Users who successfully installed 3.06 need not upgrade.

Release Notes: Users can now specify an alternate configuration file on the commandline. This update should satisfy the request that 3.05 was supposed to satisfy.

Release Notes: The ability to specify a custom file (template) from the command line was added. Additional GPL text is now included inside the source files.

Release Notes: Extra newlines are no longer displayed in the output.

Release Notes: 8-bit ASCII characters in the signature template are now properly handled. (Umlauts and the like were being ignored).

Release Notes: Fixes for a bug causing the built-in setup routine to fail and a bug that caused daemon mode to fail in certain cases.

Release Notes: Fixes for a bug that causes .TaRTrc not to be created if it doesn't already exist and a bug that prevented "non-quiet" mode when a CustomTagline was created.

Release Notes: This release adds the ability to run as a daemon, a more robust .TaRTrc file, clean ups for some compile-time warnings on SunOS, no more reliance on /proc/uptime to determine uptime, a re-attempt at iBeat support, and a fix for horribly incorrect header files.
