Release Notes: This release fixes an incompatibility with Slavanap 2.3.0, which caused the program to always return "0 search results". Some new search options were added, including keyword exclusions. The library building code was made more efficient. The list of shared files is now sent to the server in the background, reducing waiting times. Filename masquerading was added. A problem was fixed with downloads that got stuck at "100%". A man page was added, and several minor bugs were fixed.
Release Notes: A new download/upload screen for monitoring and manipulating downloads and uploads, repeating timer events, the ability to enter commands and searches from any screen, no more annoying prompts for password and email, HTTP proxy support, and some minor bugfixes.

Linux Napster Client will now reconnect to a server when it receives a USR1 signal, which is useful when running in daemon mode. A bug in ogg file sharing has been fixed.
Release Notes: Support for sharing Ogg Vorbis files was added, as well as support for sharing non-music files. Basic networking code was rewritten to work better with newer kernels / faster machines. A bug which resulted in a "transport endpoint not connected" error messages was fixed. Some memory leaks and segmentation faults were fixed. A FreeBSD distribution was added.
Release Notes: The bandwidth can now be limited. Pings are now possible for non-root users through a helper application that can be safely installed suid root. A Windows (cygwin32) distribution has been added. Nap now fully supports VBR (variable bitrate) files. Various segfaults were removed. Commands such as /set, /alias, and /server were modified to do something useful when no arguments are given. The appearance of the search result screen can now be customized, and the result screen is not reset when switching back and forth to the main screen. A /getservers command was added to read a list of servers from napigator.com. The /reconnect command was modified to cycle to the next server on the list, rather than starting from the top of the list each time. PONG packages are now ignored by default. The various binary distributions are now statically linked, to avoid problems with missing shared libraries.
