Release Notes: This version has undergone a complete overhaul of the SELinux API, a migration to using extended attributes for file security contexts, a reworking of the SELinux initialization code, and various cleanups of the SELinux code. The new SELinux utilities and the SELinux daemon/ utility patches have been ported to the new SELinux API, and updated to the RH9 packages.


Release Notes: This version is targeted for submission to mainline 2.5. It diverges in several respects, including the removal of some networking functionality, major changes to the SELinux API, the addition of extended attribute support, and various code cleanups and simplifications.


Release Notes: The safe permission_lite hook has been abandoned in favor of one which does the work itself. SELinux was changed to permit blocking allocation when loading the policy. Merges with the current 2.5-tree were made.
