Release Notes: This release fixes a broken config.in that made xconfig barf, drops some ISDN bits, updates the SAA7110 i2c patch, allows x86 cpufreq to be built modularly, and makes modular builds of agpgart work again. MTRR now compiles on SMP, there are various SCSI generic driver janitor items, and a fix for an oops in UHCI driver unload function. There are fixes for various missing includes (tqueue.h & init.h), the max number of CPUs compile time is now configurable, and there are various pidhash cleanups.

Ther is a new Poll/Select fast path optimisation, a fix in tcp_v6_get_port(), various work in the megaraid driver, it shrinks stack usage of check_nmi_watchdog(), there are various cleanups for the IJX telephony driver, a workaround for a lockd deadlock, and conversion of the SAA7110 driver.
