Release Notes: Updates were made all over the code. The patch is big mostly because of a merge with the MIPS/MIPS64 and SH ports. The network drivers, USB, PnP, SCTP, s390, and other subsystems were updated.

Release Notes: Various updates were made, including IA64 updates and a merge of the ext3 locking cleanups and fixes from the -mm tree.

Release Notes: This massive patch comes with lots of updates and fixes. The 2.5.70 patch represents the last "Linus only" release before the pre-2.6 releases come out.

Release Notes: This release fixes a quite annoying bug associated with AGP and a running X server. As of 2.5.69, the patch policy has changed to reflect the forthcoming kernel development and the increasing stability of the branch.

Release Notes: Tons of changes were made in many different areas of the code. The diff is large, partly because the s390x support got merged into the s390 port as a 64-bit subset, and the old s390x architecture files thus became irrelevant. Additionally, a merge with Alan Cox's tree added support for another architecture, h8300. Lots of dvb updates (digital video) were made, again through Alan. A major aic79xx driver update was made.

Release Notes: This release fixes problems with htree, but may cause some NFS export issues. It also includes nicer hash chain code.

Release Notes: This release does not make fundamental changes, but various updates all over (architecture updates, networking, usb, acpi, bluetooth, the usual suspects). The task structure reference counting seems to have broken alpha.

Release Notes: Lots of small updates were made, and the RCU dcache patches from IBM were merged.
