Linux DVR

Linux DVR is a live USB distribution with assembly Trunk motion controlled from a console dialog menu. It can be used for simultaneous viewing of online video from multiple cameras (including directly from an IP camera). It can work with cameras in FTP mode (bypassing the motion) and can send system status reports by email. It can perform local playback and save to a flash drive. It converts video (for example, to broadcast on the Internet) with ffserver.
