Release Notes: This release fixes a problem that occurred in version 0.0.6 when running as a daemon.
Release Notes: This version eliminates the need for a true hardware modem. lintad can now function using a single Lucent/Agere controllerless modem.
Release Notes: This version adds a faxserver capability. In addition to receiving voicemails and faxes, lintad can act as a Web-based faxserver for Linux and Windows clients. Other minor improvements and bugfixes were also made.
Release Notes: This release fixes a fax detection bug that was introduced in version 0.0.3 when adding busy/fastbusy detection - the fax CNG center frequency was set to 1093Hz instead of the correct 1100Hz. This has resulted in faster fax detection in many cases.
Release Notes: This version adds a user request - it can now be controlled by the signals SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2. UUCP-style locking has also been added, which together with signals allows lintad to share the modem with another process.
Release Notes: Configuration is now done via a configuration file, rather than being hard coded. End of call detection has been expanded to include busy and fastbusy detection (for countries where busy or fastbusy sequences are used to signal a hung-up connection).
