Release Notes: The -z option was updated to properly hide 0 count rows in bandwidth mode despite there being transfers in the sub-kbytes range.
Release Notes: The -r option was added to periodically display the header. The -b option was added for "bandwidth mode", which replaces distinct in/out error reporting with total kb/mb (with -m) and transfer rate. Placement of the stat pulling function was changed to increase reporting accuracy by a small amount. Width of the interface name column was increased to 6. Width of the bytes in/out columns were increased. Width of the packets in/out columns were decreased. Some header formatting problems with date and/or time options were fixed.
