libTISCH is a framework for easy development of multi-touch applications. It contains tools for video processing, calibration, gesture recognition and, most importantly, a GUI toolkit with widgets that utilize the multi-touch gestures detected by the lower layers. It runs on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.

Release Notes: Ready-to-use multitouch widgets based on OpenGL were added. A reconfigurable, hardware-independent gesture recognition engine was added. Support was added for widely used pre-defined gestures (such as move, scale, and rotate) as well as custom-defined gestures. Hardware drivers were added for FTIR, DI, Wiimote, DiamondTouch, and others. TUIO converters were added for source and sink. This release works on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows (32 and 64 bit). It can be used from C++, C#, Java, or Python.
