readpst! now on Debian and Debian-derived (e.g. Ubuntu)
Turns out source code from alioth.debian.org builds the readpst package, which is easily installed via something like...

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install readpst

... or your favorite GUI package manager.

The freshmeat entry is clearly obsolete- alioth shows an update as recently as 2006-12-29 15:56
