Release Notes: Various build fixes were made. KateDJ can now decode to LRC and SRT formats. A missing check was added for memory allocation failure. A bug in SRT output when decoding more than one stream at a time was fixed. Output is flushed so that live encoding and decoding are possible without delay. katalyzer improvements were made in page/hole tracking. Tools now recognize the long options --help and --version. kateenc now adds an ENCODER comment by default.

Release Notes: New encoding functions to specify timing in granule rate units. SRT timing precision problems have been fixed. There is a new -M option to kateenc to allow HTML-like markup in SRT files. This release allows the last event in an SRT file to not be followed by an empty line.

Release Notes: KateDJ can now edit Kate streams directly. Various other improvements were made to KateDJ. katedec now writes a footer even for truncated streams.
