Journaled Files LIBrary

Journaled Files LIBrary allows you to perform atomic transactions on standard files. It supplies functions to commit and rollback (back-out) changes. Journaled files are normal files that you can browse and parse with standard tools. A journal (log) stores all transactional info.

Release Notes: Many bugfixes and some improvements were made in the help messages, XML output, and documentation.

Release Notes: Severe bugs related to the AMD64 architecture have been fixed. The library now compiles and passes stress tests on Linux for AMD64. A new utility program to benchmark the library has been released (jf_bench). Some minor bugs in the case test scripts have been fixed.

Release Notes: Four new environment variables are now acknowledged by the library. The FAQ has been enriched.
