Release Notes: The iconv program has new options -l, -c, -s and is internationalized. C99 and KOI8-T converters were added. A new configuration option --enable-extra-encodings enables a bunch of additional encodings. The ISO-8859-16, BIG5-HKSCS, EUC-TW, ISO-2022-CN, ISO-2022-CN-EXT, EUC-KR, CP949, JOHAB, etc. converters were updated. Some bugfixes were made, and portability to BSD/OS and SCO 3.2.5 was added.
