Release Notes: This release supports DVD drive auto-detection and accepts "X:\" as a device name on Windows. Failure recovery has been greatly improved, and various minor bugs were fixed. For developers, a new dvdcss_is_scrambled() function is provided, and the library now installs a standard .pc file.

Release Notes: This release fixes many issues with the Windows port, in particular it can now properly decrypt the title key, and can run in non-administrator mode. Additionally, it also works around a bug with some drives where the disc key decryption failed.

Release Notes: This release fixes the "ioctl_ReadTitleKey failed" bug that many users with RPC2 drives have been reporting. The library now has also better error checking, better documentation, and was ported to OS/2.
