Release Notes: There is support for debugging Multi-Threaded applications. The on/off state of debug channels and objects is Thread Specific Data (TSD), as are all the formatting variables of the debug objects (indentation, margin, and marker strings). The source release includes documentation. The reference manual was rewritten and is generated by doxygen. A STABS line number lookup bug has been fixed as well as a bug that caused a mixup between internal- and userspace- allocations of STL allocators.
Release Notes: Bugs causing libcwd not to compile with g++ version 3.0.x, and causing crashes on start up with certain versions of glibc and all versions of X libs (including Qt) have been fixed.
Release Notes: Several bugs that resulted in wrong or no source-file:line-number lookup have been fixed.
Release Notes: Support for dlopen() was added. Native support for DWARF 2.0 was added. sys.h has been renamed to sysd.h (remove the old sys.h in order to make sure that you changed all instances of its inclusion). The warning debug channel is now on by default. Several bug fixes have been made. Please read the NEWS for details about these API changes.
Release Notes: This is a bug fix release. Previous versions of libcwd would free the internal "laf_ct" object, but would later access the members 'mask' and 'err' of this object.
Release Notes: Reversion of renaming debug channel dc::bfd that was introduced in 0.99.10. and changing configure option --enable-libcwd-bfd to --enable-libcwd-libbfd.
Release Notes: Exporting malloc and friends with external C linkage (which fixes the strdup bug), support in libcwd for native ELF32/stabs debug info (making it no longer dependent of libbfd), and a few minor API changes.
Release Notes: A new demangler for new ABI (g++ 3.0), and bugfixes for the type_info_of template.
Release Notes: This release works with libstdc++ version 3 (and thus g++ 3.0 prerelease). Demangling for the new C++-ABI isn't implemented yet, however.
Release Notes: This is a bugfix release; the compiler version 2.95.x crashed in lockable_auto_ptr.h.
