Version 1.2.1 of Libchart

Release Notes: The ability to set the upper/lower bounds (regression) was added. In HorizontalBarChart, a small box is shown when x = 0 (regression). In multiple series charts, colors are now re-used when the maximum series count is exceeded. In the multiple series bar chart, the brown color is shown twice. In pie chart when some relative percentage is null, the whole diagram is filled in by one color. The ability to use negative values in bar charts was added.

Release Notes: The license was changed to GPL v3. Multiple line charts and multiple vertical and horizontal bar charts may be used. The layout is customizable for plots. Support for PHP4 is deprecated, as PHP 4 has reached its end of life. PHP5 OO constructs are used. The <?php tags are used for better server compatibility. Separation of data and presentation objects was improved. Dataset objects were introduced.
