libacarsd
With libacarsd, you can create your own ACARS decoder software. It translates your soundstream into human readable ACARS messages. Samples are included in this package. It works very simply, but is very effective. It is also available as a Windows DLL.

Release Notes: libacarsd is now threadsafe. For this reason, the calling interface has changed from version 1.41. Better and faster decoding results are available, including macro calls for some main functions.
