      1.00 has all those things. It's a shar archive, so you have to run some shell scripts before you see them.

      You have to request the source code on the home page. It will then be sent by email or as it seems, not.

      Out of the three utils projects people have listed
      is the only one with a recognizable structure. EG
      source, a makefile, minimal documentation, a
      tarball under a child directory.

      The downloads for supported platforms are actually on the homepage link -- the downloads link is only for those who want to compile it on different platforms.
