Version 2.1 of LFT

Release Notes: This release supports Windows via Cygwin. Many build problems are now fixed, and autoconf support has been added. WHOIS parsing code has been updated to work better with RIPE and RADB and the -V (verbose) option has been streamlined to show the actual packet transactions in a simplified output.
