Release Notes: 1.3.1 will correct a number of issues with 1.3.0 including localization of printed invoice templates, some upgrade issues, project reports, and problems saving timecards. None of these bugs are considered critical for most users, but they are nonetheless significant. This is a release candidate for this bugfix version.
