LED Ticker is a tool for programming LED ticker bars using an RS232 serial connection. The software was created for the Lunartec LED Lauflichtleiste 7x50 sold by the PEARL Agency in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France.

Release Notes: This version supports programming text messages in various scrolling speeds and syncing the clock with the host system RTC. Conversion of ISO 8859-15 German umlauts and other special characters is supported. The no-flash mode helps suppressing text light-up during programming. The software supports programming a specific device when several devices are connected to the RS232 port, as well as setting the device ID of connected units.
