          Release Notes: This release fixes a stupid precedence bug in writeData() which prevented non-LCDMOD wiring schemes from working, as well as a bug which meant displays with 16 columns and more than 2 rows couldn't access all of the display.

              Release Notes: This version adds a linewrap switch, fixes a timing problem which caused the first character sent to the display to not always be displayed, and includes various other bugfixes.

                Release Notes: This release fixes an EOF bug, fixes a timing problem with some displays after 'home' command, adds support to compile in different default user-defined characters, and map char codes to these, adds support for 4x40 displays, and changes code to use parport_xxx() functions for writing to the parallel port instead of outb().
