Lasem is a library for SVG and MathML rendering, implementing a DOM like API. It's based on GObject, and uses Pango and Cairo for the graphic output.

    Release Notes: This is a stable version, and can be installed in parallel with the future development versions. Gobject introspection support was added. A element is available for easy embedding of itex expressions in a MathML tree.

      Release Notes: Support was added for masks, clips, and markers in SVG. The performance of SVG group opacity handling was improved. External images in an SVG can now be loaded, in addition to embedded ones. Pattern rendering when using an object bouding box in SVG was fixed. The property code was reworked using lists (only SVG for now). AM_SILENT_RULES are used. Memory leaks were plugged.

        Release Notes: This release improves the length unit processing, implements the viewport property, corrects the placement of nested SVGs, adds inlined ENTITY support and fixes a parser memory leak.
