Release Notes: Images, parsed documents, and downloaded files are now cached. Indentation in DL lists was fixed. White space other than ' ' is now allowed to separate tag names from parameters. A check was added to prevent img_read from crashing on failure.

Release Notes: Inline images, bullets, numbering and indentation levels for lists, and a faster, less memory-consuming HTML parser were added. URLs are now parsed and interpreted according to RFC1808.
