Release Notes: This release enhances speed and memory utilization of the initial parsing operation. It offers the ability to select/ iterate over elements in a cross-level manner (i.e ignoring XML levels) which can be useful in many cases. It also adds a limit argument to xsearch that works like MySQL's LIMIT clause, in addition to other small fixes.

Release Notes: The usage of the edition resolver as a way to edit the XML tree was very buggy. Therefore, this version reuses the tree dumper to perform editions, and has a lot of minor optimizations and bugfixes.

Release Notes: The code was rewritten from scratch to remove all of the old limitations and to provide a big performance improvement. This version depends on the expat library, which is bundled with PHP. KXParse now also supports tag name-independent selection and selection of tags that match a particular regular expression. Many other usability features were also added to make XML parsing much easier.

Release Notes: This release is based on a contributed code cleanup. New API functions have been added for easier setting of options (set_ops, reset_ops), for better handling of the XML content (load_string, get_content), and for removing an attribute (remove_attribute). Two minor bugs have been fixed. The documentation has been rewritten for better readability.

Release Notes: This release fixes a serious bug that was discovered in KXParse 1.4. This bug is regarded as serious because it may have caused the parser to sometimes (rarely) get confused about tag positions. Some other times it caused bad treatment of CDATA sections when get_tag_text was invoked on a tag that contains a CDATA, in addition to a slight performance drawback.
