Release Notes: This release has a toolbar and a status bar. A double click on a user now opens the user edit dialog. The following fields can now removed from the list view: user ID, group ID, max. upload, max. download, max. files, max. size, up/down ratio, time, restrictions, and max. connections. The user is not allowed to be root, and the window position and size is now stored. Defaults for user, group, and home directory can be defined. There is a KDE 3.1.x build fix.
