Well, konfox is an exstension of mozilla firefox and it subdivide in two parts. One for the exestension and the other for the engine that count the visits for your website (write in php)

So, the exstension is used by firefox for display the visits from your website. When you istall konfox on your firefox browser will appear a little icon in the status bar. just click it and select the option you need. Display the current visits or custom your counter (see the manual doc for more details about this)

Just follow the manual... it's very easy :)

What is the relationship between this project and the Mozilla Firefox web browser? I'm confused by your referencing the project.
