Release Notes: In this version, the mouse cursor is now visible, there is a complete reference manual, fit-to-window for zoom view, KMagnifier was ported to KDE3 (but still works under KDE2), the project uses bitBlt to reduce flicker even more, there is proper centering of zoomed image, there are some qt3-specific additions, there are now smooth mouse movements inside the zoom view (with very low CPU consumption), and there is now zero CPU usage when the magnifier window is hidden/minimized, amongst other changes.
