kio-mac is a KDE ioslave lets you read an HFS+ partition from konqueror or any other KDE file dialog. It is a wrapper around the commandline hfsplus tools.

Release Notes: The source and packages are now properly KDE 3 friendly. Kio-mac is now in KDE's 3.1 CVS, and future releases will be made as part of KDE.


Release Notes: This release has a small change to get around a bug with error:// in KDE 3 betas.


Release Notes: This release displays hidden files. Locked files are copied as read only. It has a nice icon. Sources now use autoconf/automake. A regular expression which matched some files as directories has been fixed. Aliases now display as links.


Release Notes: This version converts some HFS+ file types and application labels into MIME-types. A SuSE Makefile was added. The SuSE RPMs should now work. When copying files, kio-mac now uses progress bars to show you how much has been copied. Text files are now copied over in text mode by default.


Release Notes: kio-mac can now read empty directories without complaining. The way that data was being passed back to KDE was fixed. The previous method corrupted some files. The Makefile was fixed a bit. The modified date is now reported with an accuracy equal to that provided by hpls -l. A truly bizarre bug was found while doing the above, which broke things a lot less than it should have.
