Release Notes: XML AJAX responses were replaced with JSON. The old "readonly" config option was replaced with the advanced "access" option. You can navigate through slideshow images in the current folder using arrow keys. Multipe files can be uploaded, similar to uploading on Facebook (but this does not work in IE). The option to set protocol, domain, and port is available through the "uploadURL" setting. Bugs were fixed.


Release Notes: This release fixes an endless JavaScript loop when KCFinder is disabled. A new config setting for whether to check and generate an .htaccess file in the upload folder was added. Uploading to a specified folder from CKEditor and a FCKeditor direct upload dialog using the "dir" GET parameter have been added. A bug with selecting multiple files has been fixed.

Release Notes: Apache HTTP server on Windows is now supported. The Fileinfo PHP extension is supported to detect MIME types. The ability to globally deny some dangerous extensions like exe, php, pl, and cgi was added. Denied file extensions are also checked when a file is renamed. Uploading hidden files (with names that begin with a ".") is now disallowed. A bug in which the last character of filenames without an extension was missing was fixed. Some small bugs were fixed.
