Release Notes: In the configuration window, the mid-button action is now selectable through a combo box. An explicit reference to libkdeui has been removed. Item names always being displayed in bold has been fixed.

Release Notes: This is the first beta version of kalsamix. It is derived from kamix 0.6.6, so it's fully functional. kalsamix supercedes kamix because of a longstanding name clash with other projects.
