jUploadr is a Flickr uploader for Linux, Windows, and Mac. It allows you to set all properties of a photo before you upload it to Flickr. It also supports batch editing, so that you can make short work of several files at once.

Release Notes: SWT has been upgraded to the latest 3.2 release candidate. This has profound effects on the speed of scaling. A 3.2 megabyte image scales in 2 seconds. The progressive JPEG bug has been fixed. The tags text field has been changed to be a text area. Scrollbars have been added to both the tags and description. The browser launcher code has been changed to use the BrowserLauncher2 library.


Release Notes: The program now detects if you've added a photo twice, and if so, shows an error message and selects the photo. The image sorting order was reversed and a German translation was added.


Release Notes: Image rotation was added for groups and individual images. Decorations were added to thumbnails to show how many photosets a photo is in. The ability to add images to existing photo sets was added. The ability to create a new photo set was added. Retry logic is used if either rotation, photoset creation, or addition to a photoset fails. Sorting by EXIF date taken was added. A version check was added to allow users to be notified of new versions. A Spanish translation was added. The UI was reworked so that photo selection more closely mirrors filesytem browsers.


Release Notes: When dropping a folder on the UI, all images in the folder are now added. Pressing delete/backspace deletes all selected images. An about dialog was added. UI improvements were made. A proxy can now be used with no username or password.


Release Notes: The socket timeout was changed to 60 seconds to allow for slow, unreliable connections. The Windows launching script was improved. Threaded rescaling was implemented. The program no longer hangs when you add a large number of pictures. Proxy support was fixed.
