Jmon is a system monitor written in Java (it can run on virtually all platforms that support j2sdk 1.4.2 or higher). It's based on a client/server architecture, so it can monitor remote hosts. It has agents that can monitor Linux and Solaris resources, and an SNMP agent (only for some Netapp resources).
